OIFF 72 Film Festival- Local bands wanted!

Ottawa Rock Lottery is proud to be teaming up as music curator with The Ottawa International Film Festival again to provide a selection of local musicians and artists songs to be used as the soundtrack in the short films. Ten musicians have been chosen to represent a wide variety of genres and theatrical balance ranging from popular established artists to those just starting up. This is a great opportunity for artists to have their music be exposed to a new audience and career opportunities. Songs have been used as the basis for the short films or just as cool background music. However they are used, Ottawa Rock Lottery is thrilled unite the music and film scene for this one of a kind event.

SCREENING: Ottawa Rock Lottery Documentary by The Indefinite Projected

Two audience members will be randomly drawn to have a song written and performed by 3 former rock lotto participants at the beginning of the night. The band will have about one hour to come up with the song and will perform it after the documentary. It could be great… or awful!? Get there early to put your name in the hat!SPECIAL post-show dance party with DJ LUCA FIORE & VIP DJ TBA!
